Az - Granata LLC

AZGRANATA is a producer of fruit juices, wine, and vodka operating in Azerbaijan. The company is one of the largest fruit juice producers in the South Caucasus and produces juices, compotes, and other products from various fruits. Production Capacity and Products The factory, built in 2011, covers 2.5 hectares and is one of the leading fruit juice producers in the South Caucasus. In addition to fruit juice, concentrate, and compote, AZGRANATA also produces wine and vodka. The factory has the capacity to produce 12 tons of fruit juice per hour, with an annual production capacity of 100 million packages. Production Processes The factory consists of fruit reception, processing, concentrate preparation, aseptic tanks, glass and tetra pak filling, and packaging departments. The fruit reception line accepts pomegranate, grape, apple, pear, and quince. The process includes fruit cleaning, sorting, high-temperature sterilization, and storage in aseptic tanks.
