Balaxanı Sənaye Parkı

Balakhani Industrial Park is an enterprise that creates favorable conditions for entrepreneurs and investors in the field of waste recycling. The park provides state support for production and mechanical processing, tax incentives, and unified infrastructure. Purpose of Creation and Territory Balakhani Industrial Park was established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the aim of developing recycling in the country. The territory of the park, opened in 2017, was increased from an initial 7 hectares to 28,565 hectares. The main goal is to provide a favorable business environment for entrepreneurs and investors interested in the field of recycling. Activities and Benefits The park is provided with facilities and support by the state for mechanical processing and production facilities. Residents are exempt from profit, land, and property taxes for a period of 10 years. Technological equipment imported for production is exempt from VAT and import duties for 10 years. Currently, products are produced and exported in 29 directions.
