Business Insight was founded as a foreign-invested company under the name "PROCON GFK" in 1998. Since 2004, it has been operating as a local private company in Azerbaijan. The company provides services in the fields of marketing, social research, and promotional campaigns. Services Business Insight conducts quantitative and qualitative research, mystery shopping, panel, and social research. The company carries out all its projects in accordance with ICC/ESOMAR and ISO 20252 international standards. History Business Insight, which started operating as a foreign-invested company under the name "PROCON GFK" in Azerbaijan in 1998, has been operating as a local private company since May 2004. It has been an ESOMAR member since 2006.
