Giltex

Giltex (GiLTEX MMC) is the only vertically integrated enterprise in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus covering all technological stages of textile production. It was established in Sumgayit in 2012. It produces yarn, various types of fabric, home textiles, clothing, and medical masks. Production Facilities The enterprise includes a yarn factory, two weaving factories, two dyeing factories, a sewing factory, and a medical mask factory. The weaving factory is equipped with machines from Germany, Belgium, and Italy. The production capacity is 1.400.000 linear meters of raw woven fabric per month, 135 tons of knitted fabric, and 80 tons of towels. Product Range Giltex produces products made of 100% cotton. Products include cretonne, ranforce, satin, gabardine, ripstop, interlock, lacoste, spunbond, two-thread, ribana, and cashmere fabrics, plain and jacquard terry towels, bed linen sets, bathrobes, uniforms, military clothing, special workwear, and medical masks. Quality Control A quality control system is implemented at the enterprise. Raw materials and auxiliary materials are accepted in accordance with international standards. The quality of products is checked by the Central Testing Laboratory. The Quality Management System is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
