Since 1997, MF Company, as a pioneer of the Azerbaijani watch market, is at the foundation of the recognition and popularity of world-renowned Swiss and Japanese watch brands in our country, and the creation of a quality and branded watch culture. The establishment of VMF Company is related to the foresight of Vahid Mustafayev, the Founder of ANS Group of Companies. Vahid Mustafayev, constantly in search of innovation and novelty, decides this time to lay the foundation of watch culture and bring together world-renowned watch brands. Despite facing difficulties such as transitioning from a few inexpensive watch brands sold only in former Soviet Union countries to more expensive watches not yet known in Azerbaijan, he founded his company called VMF in 1997 and took over its management to implement his ideas. Thus, the company named VMF begins its operations in Azerbaijan for the first time in the watch and accessories sector. The first watch brand that VMF began to represent in Azerbaijan was the world-renowned "Longines" watch brand, part of the Swatch Group. In the same year, it opened the "Longines" boutique, its first point of sale that has been operating to this day. After successful cooperation with the famous Swiss company Longines, VMF further expanded its business with world-renowned companies within the SWATCH GROUP, such as Breguet, Blancpain, Glashütte Original, Omega, Rado, Hamilton, Tissot, Swatch, Flik-Flak, Certina, and Calvin Klein. In 2004, it officially opened the first Swatch and Tissot boutiques. Today, boutiques and kiosks of these brands are successfully operating at several locations in the capital of Azerbaijan. VMF has also expanded its business with world-renowned companies not part of the SWATCH GROUP, such as Swiss brands Raymond Weil, Maurice Lacroix, Versace, Ferragamo, and Versus. In 2001, it presented Raymond Weil, in 2004 Versace watches and jewelry, and since 2005, Maurice Lacroix to the Azerbaijani customer. Alongside Swiss brands, VMF also represents famous Japanese watch brands in the market. The first experience began in 2005 with the Casio watch brand. Later, in 2010, Seiko and Pulsar, in 2015 Lorus, and in 2017 the legendary Citizen appeared in the display windows of VMF salons. Thus, VMF became the official representative in Azerbaijan of the world-famous 3 Japanese brand group. In mid-2017, the G_Factory boutique was launched. VMF is not just a representative of watch brands. It has further expanded its business with famous Swiss Carand’Ache pens, Wenger and Victorinox knives, and American Zippo lighters. Professional staff and high-level service, high-quality products and international warranty, and modern, conveniently located sales salons are important elements of VMF's operations, which distinguish it from others and allow for its sustained successful development. VMF serves watch enthusiasts not only in Baku but also in the largest cities of Azerbaijan, with its professional team providing design, comfort, and high service at more than 20 points of sale.
