Requirements for the position:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is mandatory;
• Stress resistance. Self-control and organizational skills;
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with others;
• Ability to work in a team according to a schedule, in multitasking mode, strictly adhering to time limits;
• Desire and readiness for professional development;
• Readiness for high-volume work;
• Clear and accurate pronunciation, good diction, and polite communication skills;
• Computer literacy;
• Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts).

Job responsibilities: 

• Receiving and processing incoming calls;
• Providing customers with information and consultations on card transactions and card account information;
• Providing information about the company's products and services;
• Documenting inquiries and applications from cardholders;
• Processing customer inquiries;
• Attracting customers to join the service;
