Senior Specialist / Lead Specialist, Treasury Department - Asset and Liability Management Division

Description

• Monitor correspondent account balances;
• Control the bank's highly liquid and current liabilities, prepare and submit instant liquidity reports to management and the Central Bank;
• Calculate and analyze interest income on the bank's attracted and placed funds;
• Prepare "GAP" analysis and the bank's long-term liquidity forecasts;
• Ensure efficient management of capital;
• Prepare required reports for the Asset and Liability Management Committee and management;
• Participate in the development of internal rules and methodologies for Asset and Liability Management and ensure their application in line with the bank's strategic goals;
• Conduct other reports and analyses as required by management;

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Risk Management;
• Completed military service or have deferment from military service (for males);
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani (candidates proficient in Russian and English will be given preference);
• Theoretical knowledge of relevant normative documents and legislation;
• Computer skills (MS Excel at a high level);
• Sociable, proactive, and polite;
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations;
• Resilience to stress and ability to work in a team;
• High comprehension and learning ability;
• Accuracy and attention to detail at work
