Project Coordination Manager

AT-Geotech is announcing a vacancy for the position of Project Coordination Manager in one of its subsidiary companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization and coordination of daily activities;
• Manage the team and delegate tasks;
• Oversee document archiving and document flow;
• Prepare project-related reports and information, ensure information exchange between departments;
• Familiarize with initial project scopes, monitor and control actual execution;
• Process initial and actual coordinates in Google Earth and Global Mapper;
• Process and analyze data from the field for determining well deviation, slide, and core dip direction using Reflex EZ-Track, Excel, and Inclino software;
• Process documents related to water tightness, Packer, pressuremeter, datalogger, vibropiezometer, dipmeter, and other field tests;
• Accept handover certificates for core boxes and samples sent from the field and ensure the availability of relevant documents;
• Analyze field data and documents, clarify information with field staff when necessary;
• Compile tables of actual work volumes for the preparation of invoices and handover documents.

Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field is desirable;
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, documentation, and report preparation;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications;
• Proficiency in Google Earth and Global Mapper;
• Ability to work with technical documents and field data;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sensitivity to details;
• Teamwork skills, ability to plan and execute tasks on time;
• Responsibility and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Work Location: Khirdalan city
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week
• Salary: To be determined based on interview results
