Quality Control Specialist (Masazir and Sumgait)

Company: Azersun Holding MMC - Production facilities located in Masazir settlement and Sumgait city, Baku

Requirements:  

• Higher education (in Mechanics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields).
• 2 years of experience in quality control, laboratory, or production.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to check quality indicators and identify non-conformities;
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality management systems, and production processes (English and Russian language skills are preferred)    

Job Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory and production control analyses according to work instructions.
• Verify and evaluate the compliance of products' physical-chemical, organoleptic, and quality indicators with the quality plan.
• Continuously monitor quality and process parameters in production and packaging processes.
• In case of non-conformity, stop the process, inform relevant personnel, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Check the compliance of finished products, semi-finished products, raw materials, packaging materials, and additives with acceptance criteria.
• Monitor adherence to sanitary-hygienic requirements, food safety, and labor protection rules in production areas.
• Check temperature, humidity, palletizing, and cleanliness indicators in warehouse areas and record the results.
• Prepare relevant reports and records on conducted inspections, analyses, and identified non-conformities.
• Regularly provide information and reports to management regarding inspections and results conducted during the shift.

Working Conditions

• Work Schedule: Shift-based (3 shifts)
• Transportation support is available.
• Lunch is provided by the company.
