Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the reliable and uninterrupted operation of transformers, UPS, generators, ATS, rectifier units, and electrical distribution panels;
• Regularly check the operating mode of electrical equipment, record performance indicators, and report any identified malfunctions to management;
• Organize and carry out preventive and planned maintenance work for electrical equipment;
• Continuously monitor electrical loads, current distribution across phases, and equipment loading levels;
• Monitor the status of electrical systems and any generated alarms via BMS;
• Participate in the investigation of accidents and malfunctions, determine their causes, and take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence;
• Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations, as well as approved procedures, during maintenance, testing, and repair work;
• Maintain relevant records and reports for inspections, tests, and repair work;
• Supervise electrical work performed by contractor companies and verify the quality of completed work;
• Keep technical documentation, electrical diagrams, and operating records for electrical equipment up-to-date;
• Participate in the process of collecting and analyzing energy consumption indicators;
• Perform 24/7 operational activities of the data center in a shift work mode;

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Higher education (in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related technical fields);
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment;
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of transformers, UPS, generators, and electrical distribution systems;
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and work with technical documentation;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Language skills: English – technical level (desirable);
• Operational decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Teamwork, effective communication, and responsibility skills.
• Ability to react quickly in case of accidents and emergencies and work under stress;
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and strict adherence to technical procedures.
