Middle Event Manager

BAKOTECH is looking for a Middle Event Manager for a 6-month project-based role.

As an Event Manager, you will focus on organizing BAKOTECH's offline and online events. Our future colleague has a good understanding of how tools, processes, and teams work during event organization and execution, stays up-to-date with trends and changes in the event industry, and of course, possesses strong project planning and execution skills – you always have everything under control, and tasks are completed on time.

Our vision for our future colleague:

• 3+ years of experience in event organization (at an event agency or client-side);
• Your portfolio includes events with 100+ participants;
• Experience organizing both offline and online events;
• English language proficiency (written and spoken) Upper-Intermediate;
• Master of planning and time management (both personal and for the project team);
• Attentive to detail, able to anticipate potential project risks and work in a multitasking environment;
• You are a proactive team player, capable of planning and achieving set goals, and prioritizing effectively.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Full cycle of event organization and execution (conferences, business dinners, workshops, participation in exhibitions and conferences);
• Development of event concepts and their implementation;
• Event costing and budgeting;
• Selection and communication with contractors: from defining technical requirements to documentary support;
• Supervising contractor work directly at the event;
• Sourcing, costing, and production of branded merchandise;
• Preparing technical briefs for the marketing team: banner design, conference graphic design, video materials, etc.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions with creatives;
• Preparing reports on conducted events, gathering feedback, and developing recommendations for the marketing team;
