NPL Specialist

About the Role:

• The NPL Specialist is responsible for monitoring the company's assigned overdue loan portfolio in accordance with centralized rules, conducting high-quality negotiations with clients, and ensuring repayment through effective communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Effective management of the assigned non-performing (Hard) loan portfolio.
• Maintaining regular contact with borrowers and conducting negotiations for debt repayment.
• Ensuring the execution of compulsory enforcement measures for loan accounts with court decisions.
• Immediately informing lawyers and coordinating processes when delays in enforcement measures are identified.
• Analysis of non-performing loans, identification of risks, and preparation of relevant reports.
• Developing proposals to improve the quality of the loan portfolio and increase recovery rates.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in economics, finance, or law).
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in non-performing loans at a bank or credit institution (experience with accounts under court decisions is preferred).
• Ability to work with difficult clients, negotiate, and manage conflicts.
• Analytical mindset, high sense of responsibility, and efficiency.
• Fluent, clear, and articulate communication skills in Azerbaijani.
