Junior Specialist in Investment Services

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Willingness to prepare for and acquire the necessary knowledge for the relevant professional certification exam;
• Communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
• Accuracy, responsibility, and eagerness to learn;
• Azerbaijani language – fluent, Russian and English languages – intermediate level;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software;
• Age limit – 20-25.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the provision and offering of investment services;
• Successfully pass the relevant exam to obtain the professional certification required for the position;
• Inform clients about the company's investment services and the process of operations;
• Support the recording and processing of client orders;
• Participate in responding to incoming inquiries and resolving emerging issues;
• Ensure the preparation of reports on conducted operations;
• Collect, verify the accuracy and completeness of client and operation data, and register it in the relevant systems;
• Make recommendations for improving client service;
• Participate in the structuring, organization, and execution of documentation work;
• Adhere to internal rules, procedures, and confidentiality requirements;
• Perform other tasks assigned for the position.
