Leading Full-Stack Developer (AI)

Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fullstack AI Developer to build innovative artificial intelligence products. In this role, you will create complete software products (end-to-end) from scratch by integrating complex artificial intelligence models (LLM, RAG systems, agents) into real user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications (architecture design) and collaborating with other departments as a technical consultant;
• Designing and managing a robust backend architecture that seamlessly integrates AI tools and business logic;
• Managing code review and testing processes to enhance code quality, security, and performance;
• Researching new technologies and frameworks and evaluating their applicability to projects;
• Integrating large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), Llama via APIs into applications;
• Migrating cloud-based systems to on-premise environments and adjusting the infrastructure accordingly;
• Making strategic decisions on system integration, API design, data security, and performance optimization;
• Preparing technical documentation for the project and conducting analytical reporting.

Requirements

• Higher education (in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ICT, or related fields);
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar programming role;
• Backend: Excellent programming skills in Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (TypeScript), knowledge of data structures and algorithms, in-depth knowledge of microservice architecture;
• Frontend: Rich work experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks;
• AI & LLM: Work experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar;
• Vector DB: Ability to work with databases like Pinecone, ChromaDB, PGVector, or Azure AI Search;
• API & Integration: In-depth knowledge of RESTful API and WebSockets technologies;
• Databases: Query optimization and database structure design in PostgreSQL and MySQL;
• Ability to work at the infrastructure level with CI/CD concepts, Docker, and cloud servers (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab.

Preferred:

• Understanding of MLOps tools (Kubernetes).
• Work experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
