About the Vacancy:

PAŞA Sığorta OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Banking Channels Specialist / Leading Specialist / Senior Specialist and become a member of our professional team.

This role is responsible for increasing insurance sales through bank channels, strengthening cooperation with existing partners, including banks, non-bank credit organizations, and leasing companies, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

The selected candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding partner relationships, and contributing to the growth of insurance sales through bank channels by identifying customer needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, and converting opportunities into successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set for the Bank Channels segment in line with the Company's sales strategy;
• Develop and strengthen cooperation with banks, non-bank credit organizations, and leasing companies, while attracting new partners and customers;
• Conduct regular meetings with partners, present insurance products, and identify and develop new sales opportunities;
• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio, monitor policy renewals, and contribute to increasing sales volumes;
• Analyze sales performance, compare actual results against targets, and prepare relevant reports;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager in a timely and high-quality manner.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to attract new customers and develop strong business relationships with partners;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a high level of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset;
• Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English and Russian is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of insurance products and bancassurance activities is considered an advantage.

Education and Experience

• Higher education (a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred);
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in banking, insurance, financial services, or corporate sales.
