Lead Data Analyst

Description

• Preparation of regular and ad-hoc analytical reports on insurance products;
• Participation in data analytics for insurance products;
• Collaboration with business stakeholders (product, actuarial, and sales teams) to define analytical requirements;
• Monitoring the quality of existing reports and dashboards, identifying and consolidating redundant and unnecessary reports;
• Development of new dashboards starting from the data model construction phase;
• Analysis of sales leads based on quality and conversion metrics, identification of underperforming channels and segments;
• Reviewing the work of junior analysts and supporting their professional development;
• Writing complex SQL queries and optimizing their performance;
• Developing, updating, and providing technical support for Power BI dashboards.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field;
• Education: Higher education in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields;
• Language Skills: English – good; Russian – good;
• Advantages: Experience in the insurance sector;

Computer and Technical Skills:

• MS Excel – excellent level;
• Power BI – excellent level;
• MS SQL (T-SQL) – excellent level;
• Python – excellent level.
