Assistant Operations Manager

Description

• Manage overall operational matters, including the physical management of the shopping mall, its security, safety, cleaning, and maintenance of the building and equipment;
• Manage daily operations within the shopping mall to meet all tenant and guest requirements, ensuring the highest quality standards;
• Oversee all areas inside and outside the shopping mall and fulfill assigned duties;
• Monitor all operational, security, and cleaning staff, as well as third-party contractors, to ensure high productivity within the control system;
• Supervise the Information Center Service to ensure high-quality service for tenants and mall guests;
• Be present on the premises at all times, promptly resolve any issues that arise, implement preventive measures, and keep senior management informed;
• Promote and uphold PAŞA Malls' Corporate Values, Code of Ethics, Gift & Entertainment Policy, and other company policies and procedures;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shopping Mall Manager and Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in hospitality or guest/customer service.
• Good guest service and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
• Ability to manage administrative details and daily tasks, independently resolving issues with accountability.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a large team as well as independently.
