Accounts Receivable

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Managing incoming payments and updating accounts accordingly
- Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
- Resolving customer inquiries and disputes in a timely manner
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other related field
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in 1C software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
