Customer Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• We are currently looking for customer representatives for our project serving Turkish Airlines.
• Candidates must have a minimum B2 level of English proficiency.

• In the role of a customer representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing high-level service to our valued customers.
• You will start working after completing the training period, and monthly performance evaluations will be conducted. In addition to the base salary, employees can earn additional income through a performance-based bonus system.
• Performance evaluations are conducted every quarter, and salary increases are applied to successful employees.
• The shift system operates 6 days a week (including a 1-hour lunch/break). Shifts change weekly and include morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts (shuttle service is available for shift changes after 00:00). Suitable shift arrangements are made by mutual agreement.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be between 19-35 years old.
• Good command of English (B2-C1).
• Communication skills, fluent spoken English.
• Ability to work in shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
