Lawyer

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Higher education in Law.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in conducting court proceedings, corporate law, contract law, and establishing internal procedures.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Civil, Labor, Tax, and other relevant legislative acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan; experience working with record-keeping and document flow systems.
• Personal Qualities: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, neat documentation skills, and professional communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing legal support related to the company's activities, preparing the normative document base, and implementing necessary changes;
• Conducting legal expertise of all types of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents concluded by the company, preparing and improving standard contract forms;
• Verifying the compliance of the company's activities with legislative requirements, conducting legal expertise of corporate documents, decisions, protocols, and orders.
• Creating and maintaining a contract register, and implementing a control mechanism for the execution of existing contracts.
• Participating in or providing feedback on the development of internal corporate rules, processes, procedures, and internal normative acts;
• Investigating legal issues present in all structural divisions of the company on-site;
• Representing the company in state bodies and court proceedings;
• Participating in monitoring the correct application of legislation and corporate acts within the organization;
• Informing management and relevant structural unit employees about legislative novelties relevant to the company's field of activity;
• Participating in resolving legal issues that arise in the company's operations.
