Data Engineer Specialist / Senior Specialist

Main Job Responsibilities

• Collecting, integrating, and preparing data from various bank information systems for analytical use;
• Designing, developing, and optimizing ETL/ELT processes for data processing and transfer;
• Developing Data Warehouse and other data storage platforms;
• Creating data models to meet analytical and reporting needs;
• Ensuring the reliability, continuity, and performance of Data Pipelines;
• Verifying data quality against standards, identifying, and resolving discrepancies;
• Collaborating with other departments to provide technical solutions for analytical requirements;
• Participating in the implementation of data standards and data governance requirements.

 ​​​​​​Candidate Requirements

• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields;
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and working with databases;
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries for data processing;
• Knowledge and practical experience in ETL/ELT processes and data integration;
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse and data modeling principles;
• Understanding of relational database structures and their reporting-oriented optimization;
• Knowledge of data quality verification methods and error detection in data flows;
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• English language proficiency, primarily for reading and understanding technical documentation.

Preferred:

• Work experience in the banking or financial sector;
• Knowledge of Apache Airflow or other Data Orchestration tools;
• Experience working with Git and version control systems.
