 Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to completion;
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets;
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success;
• Manage the integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems, both SAP and non-SAP;
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems;
• Develop and execute data migration strategies to transfer data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA;
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency during migration activities;
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA systems;
• Manage relationships with SAP and other third-party vendors;
• Coordinate vendor activities, contracts, and service level agreements.

What we want you to:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field is preferred;
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration and customization;
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Material management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and others;
• Strong understanding of core business processes across various industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, etc.);
• Ability to map business requirements to SAP S/4HANA functionalities and recommend best practices;
• Experience in conducting business process workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business process flows;
• Good written and verbal communications skills (Azerbaijan, English and Russian);
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to ERP systems;
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization.
