Logistics Planner

Location: Baku, with up to 50% of domestic travel

Reports to: Head of PSCM

Work Arrangements: Office-Based

Job Responsibilities:

• Track routes to assure on time delivery.
• Dispatch all company drivers.
• Review and arrange all transportation paperwork inclusive of driver logs, DVIR’s, trip reports and invoices.
• Record driver concerns along with policy violations and direct main issues to Procurement and Logistics Manager.
• Tracking and planning the progress of shipments.
• Ensure compliance to all security as well as operational procedures.
• Responsible for the receipt, handling and storing of components in the appropriate bin location.
• Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Ensure all vehicles have license plate, usage permit, logbooks, and legally have no barrier to be used by the driver.

What we want you to:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Good written and verbal communications skills (Azerbaijan and English).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
