Location: Baku, with up to 50% of domestic travel
Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer
Work Arrangements: Hybrid for the First 6 Months, Office-Based thereafter

What we want you to have:
- A Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business or a related field
- A certification in Organisational Development is a great advantage
- Proven experience in organizational development or change management (min 3 years)
- Strong understanding of change management principles and experience guiding organisations through complex transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate and influence in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to details
