Recruitment Specialist

Location: Baku, with up to 40% of domestic travel

Reports to: Recruitment Manager

Work Arrangements: Hybrid for the First 6 Months, Office-Based thereafter

As a recruitment specialist you are expected to advocate strategic talent acquisition, enhance Employer Branding agenda, optimize hiring process and navigate industry trends.

What we want you to have:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist  (min 2 years)
• Familiarity with cutting-edge recruitment tools and technology
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• Possessing a recruitment and/or HR qualification (e.g. CIPD certificate) is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and industry best practices
• Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong Azerbaijani, Russian & English
