Lead Accountant

Main responsibilities:

• Performing daily accounting operations;
• Preparing and submitting VAT, excise duty, social security, and other reports;
• Processing tax and accounting transactions in the 1C system;
• Accounting and analysis of creditor and debtor balances;
• Managing settlements with suppliers and overseeing documentation;
• Accounting for financial and economic transactions and preparing reports;
• Handling correspondence with tax authorities and responding to inquiries;
• Accounting for and controlling cash and POS-terminal transactions.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields);
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting;
• Proficiency in 1C 8.3 and MS Excel;
• Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation;
• Experience in preparing VAT and other official reports;
• Ability to work with E-taxes and other electronic portals;
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and responsibility;
• Retail sector work experience is desirable;
• Possession of F3, F7, and ACCA certificates is an advantage.

Salary: 1300–1500 AZN (net)

Work conditions:

• 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00;
• Work location: Baku Khanov settlement, B. Bunyadov street;
• Lunch and corporate number provided by the company.
