Retail Marketing Manager

Key functions:

  • Planning and launching all promotional and non-promotional activities;
  • Analytics of results and impact of activities on traffic in stores/websites;
  • Interaction with the vendor/preparation of presentations;
  • Financial statements.
  • Planning and Launching activities to increase traffic in iSpace retail and analyzing effectiveness on an ongoing basis
  • Participation in launches of digital activities / control of advertising format / effectiveness

Qualification and skills:

  • Higher education in marketing/PR/advertising management is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing- retail area is an advantage
  • Developed strategic thinking and project management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including digital, PR, SMM and social media management.
  • Experience in organizing and conducting events.
  • Successful experience in organizing and conducting co-marketing activities to increase the CRM base and sales.
  • Analytics and reporting skills.
  • Experience in preparing, protecting and managing budgets, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of its use.

The advantage will be:

  • Knowledge of the features of retail marketing and experience in its application.
  • Successful experience in running marketing campaigns for retail outlets.
  • Knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior in retail.
  • Experience working with various sales channels in retail.
  • Ability to adapt marketing strategies to the specifics of the retail network.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with loyalty and customer base management tools in retail.
  • Ability to effectively interact with the operational side of the retail business.
