Junior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the product manager and product owner to understand the product roadmap, features, and changes in product requirements.
• Define detailed functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
• Collaborating with testing, product development, and design teams.
• Understanding of customer journeys and ability to analyze and identify opportunities based on metrics and voice of customer.
• Document existing business processes, workflows, and procedures, and help identify areas for improvement.
• Participates in scrum events, express new ideas for improving product value or delivery efficiency

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience in defining business requirements, flow visualization and writing technical requirements documentation in the context of software and application
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Visio programs
• Fluent in written and spoken Azerbaijani and professional working proficiency in English or Russian
