Product specialist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the product owner to understand the product roadmap, features, and changes in product requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to contribute to the development and enhancement of digital products.
• Identify and remediate risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Control ongoing support and facilitate the process of troubleshooting the issues as they arise
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that digital products meet established standards and are free of defects.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in an IT field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
• Fluent in written and spoken Azerbaijani and Russian, strong English knowledge
• Demonstrates understanding of Agile principles
• Strong analytical mind and advanced problem-solving skills
• Experience usage of task management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Azure, Trello programs
