Early Years Teacher

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class;
  • Observe and evaluate student's performance and development;
  • Preparing and Participating in school assemblies;
  • Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual means to facilitate learning;
  • Motivate the students before the actual delivery of the lesson;
  • All other duties as assigned;
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail;
  • A “can do approach” to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work;
  • A good understanding of European Education Systems and a sound knowledge about the British education is essential;
  • Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in education is required;
  • Experience working with 3-5 year old children;
  • Qualified or licensed Teacher;
  • Strong curriculum understanding;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Understanding of child safeguarding obligations;
  • Strong curriculum knowledge;
  • Supports and promotes the ABC ethos of child-centered education without compromising our academic performance.
