Duty Admin (IT Specialist)

Requirements for the position:

• Higher education (technical education is preferred);
• Basic knowledge and work experience in IP networking, Cisco Equipment (Routing protocols, VLAN, NAT, Access-lists), VMWare (VM and Host implementation), Linux (Network interfaces, LVM, basic configuration files and services on Redhat), Windows Server (AD, DHCP, DNS);
• More than 1 year of work experience in the IT field;
• Technical support for employees;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English;
• Creative approach to solving assigned tasks;
• Teamwork skills, responsibility, organizational skills, independence, and willingness for self-development.

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor the operation of systems used in the company's activities;
• Organize and implement work activities in accordance with internal regulatory documents (system list, policies, standards);
• Take operational measures to restore equipment used in the company in case of errors or failures;
• Take operational measures to resolve issues arising from employees of organizations with which the company collaborates (Banks and service companies);
• Register received requirements, analyze them, and inform authorized employees of the department;
• Timely inform management in writing about errors in the operation of workstations and company systems and the measures taken;
• Ensure the security of workstations and systems under responsibility (protection against unauthorized access to information, protection of system files and data from viewing or modification).
