Senior Business Process Owner
Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a Senior Business Process Owner who can help us increase our efficiency. As our Senior Business Process Owner, you will report to Business Process Management Manager, and primarily work with our employees, making sure they understand and comply with changes in our business process. You will also collaborate with our managers to forecast staffing needs and fill the gap using vendor management software, increasing our profitability and ensuring the long-term health of our organization. Applicants must have a bachelor's or master's degree.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify possibilities to increase efficiency and reduce employee errors
- Schedule training sessions or develop informative materials
- Educate employees on new workflows and ensure compliance
- Procedure/Document improvements or changes
- Work with managers to forecast staffing and business needs
- Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare business process reports for management and customers.
- Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Computer Science or engineering or related field
- A master's degree (a plus)
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) (a plus)
Experience:
- Have 3+ years of working experience in Operation/Production department
- Familiarity with Process Management Softwares like PPM and JIRA (a plus)
- Six sigma training or certification (a plus)
- Experience in project management
- Experience with collaboration and critical thinking exercises.
