Estimator Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing projects and work volumes, reporting identified discrepancies and deficiencies in writing to the Client (and/or designer);
• Verifying the feasibility of executing projects during future implementation based on current construction norms and regulations, specifications, construction organization, and existing site conditions;
• Compiling a schedule of work volumes based on project, contract, specifications, and other technical documents when work volumes are not available;
• Conducting on-site measurements to assess executed work that lacks defined work volumes;
• Measuring and evaluating the scope of additional work arising from contract deviations due to Client requests or force majeure events during project execution;
• Extracting an initial material list based on project, estimate, contract, specifications, and other technical documents for submission to the procurement department to obtain price quotations;
• Investigating geological reports, the project site (to understand potential difficulties during execution), contracts, specifications, and other technical documents to estimate work volumes;
• Receiving proposals from subcontractors, verifying, comparing, and analyzing the submitted estimated prices;
• Estimating work volumes based on current prices;
• Analyzing the price formation for specific works as needed.
