- HR Operations Management: Oversee and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with the HR Director to implement and execute HR strategies aligned with Aztelekom’s overall business goals.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding programs, and employee development initiatives to attract, retain, and nurture top talent.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and industry standards.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, mediate employee disputes, and promote workplace harmony.
- HR Data and Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Change Management: Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, including organizational changes and cultural transformations.
Tələblər:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing HR teams.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required.
- CIPD, SHRM or other certifications are advantage.
