Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design of compensation package based on business goals and strategy
  • Follow up on administrative tasks
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
  • Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • A university degree
  • Prior experience in finance and analytics
  • Hands on experience with MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
  • Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior knowledge of English
