SAP MM Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the effective utilization of SAP functionalities.
• Assisting in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet end-users needs.
• Work closely with end-users to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP system configurations and functionalities.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on SAP capabilities.
• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing of SAP modules.
• Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of SAP functionalities.
• Document configuration changes, custom developments, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support for the SAP MM module.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
• Communicate with the support team to develop solutions aligned with best practices.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Check and optimize user’s roles, access risk assessment, and authorization.
• Conduct performance audits and system reviews.
• Support ERP implementation and post-implementation activities.
• Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends.

Essential Requirements:

• Higher technical or financial education (in economics, computer science, information systems, etc).
• 1-5 years of work experience in SAP system.
• Good knowledge of SAP MM and other Logistics modules.
• Knowledge of Azeri and English (technical level is mandatory); Russian is an advantage.
• ACCA FA (F3) is advantage.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
