Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing the architecture of IT monitoring solutions, taking into account the needs of the customer.
• Deploying Dynatrace solutions in the course of pilot projects in test and real customer environments.
• Development of new solutions and use cases.
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations for technical staff and executives.
• Provide technical support and training to partners and customers.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have knowledge of modern technologies used in IT infrastructure (MS AD, TS/RDS/VDI, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, HTTP(S), SMTP, etc.)
• Understand the principles of virtualization and dynamic architectures.
• You have an understanding of how web applications work.
• You have practical skills in deploying and configuring Windows or Linux systems.
• You have at least Intermediate level of English.

It will be an advantage if:

• You have experience with Zabbix, Ubiquiti, or other monitoring systems.
• You are familiar with Docker, K8s (Kubernetes), OpenShift - it will be great!
