Category Marketing Specialist

Currently we're looking for an experienced Category Marketing Specialist for the "HOME" category.

Requirements:

• University degree in marketing or relevant business disciplines;
• 2 years of progressive work experience in retail marketing;
• 2 years of marketing, sales or category management experience in HOME category is a must;
• Solid knowledge of marketing communications tools and media planning;
• Excellent command of the Azerbaijani language. Russian and English are advantages.
• A high level of attention to detail including a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides.

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for the marketing of HOME category which includes home furnishing, home décor, home textile and kitchenware;
• Working closely with commercial and advertising teams to identify market trends and develop the category further;
• Regularly analyzing the HOME industry and ensure all target audiences are communicated well and optimally;
• Working out various marketing plans to launch new products to the market or boost sales and/or awareness of certain product categories;
• Regularly come up with fresh, quality, and creative ideas to improve PR, promo, digital, in-store, and influencer marketing activities of the category;
• Being the crossroad of all the ongoing projects related to the category and coordinating all its marketing and PR activities within department;
• Focusing on the online user satisfaction and online sales of home products via the company website;
• Helping the unit head in sales forecasting, budget planning, and stock management.
