Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, for the CEO and other executives as needed.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the CEO, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and business partners.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, which may involve research, analysis, and presentation of findings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively identify ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work hours as needed.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.
- Fluent language skills (Azerbaijani, English, Russian)
