Procurement Specialist

Baku Electronics is one of the largest consumer electronics retailers in the Caucasian region with 30+ large format retail stores, a countrywide dealership network, online sales, and authorized service center.

We are looking for Procurement Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, and inputs from sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commerce teams to understand demand drivers and incorporate market intelligence into forecasts.
• Create and maintain demand planning models and tools to support the forecasting process.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Analyze inventory flow and identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
• Generate reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and other key metrics to support decision-making.
• Implement inventory strategies to support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
• Continuously improve forecasting and planning processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact demand forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
• English-intermediate, Russian-fluent
