Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with company-approved partners.
- Coordinate all promotional activities related to partnerships.
- Design and create new promotional campaigns for partnerships.
- Explore new partnership opportunities, prepare partnership proposals, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyze the effectiveness of partnerships and identify ways to optimize growth.
- Troubleshoot any partnership-related issues as they arise.
- Maintain and update all partnership documentation and records.
- Design and implement business guidelines for partnerships to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Serve as an intermediary between partners and the company, facilitating communication and cooperation.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of partnership reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new partnership possibilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a partnership manager.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
- Must possess creativity and a strategic mindset for developing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian.
