As a Senior L&D Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing effective learning and development strategies within the organization. Your expertise will drive employee engagement and enhance overall performance through innovative training initiatives.

• Design and implement comprehensive learning programs that align with the company's strategic goals and nurture employee growth.
• Evaluate and analyze training needs to develop customized learning solutions tailored to various departments.
• Collaborate with leadership to facilitate skill gap assessments and create actionable development plans for employees.
• Utilize modern learning technologies and platforms to deliver engaging training sessions and resources.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics, making continuous improvements as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting development opportunities and encouraging knowledge sharing across teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to junior staff, guiding their professional development and enhancing the team's capabilities.

✅ Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Learning & Development Specialist to drive our training initiatives and enhance employee growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and practical skills in L&D.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs that align with organizational goals.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate training sessions and engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• A creative mindset and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Relevant certifications in Learning & Development or Training are a plus.
