Junior Voip Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the configuration and maintenance of VoIP systems including CUCM
  • Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP issues, including call quality and system outages.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new VoIP systems.
  • Work with end-users to provide support and training on VoIP systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to VoIP systems.
  • Collaborate with the VoIP Administrators on projects and initiatives related to VoIP technology.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Personnel specifications:

  • Diploma: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences  or a related technical field
  • Experience: No experience required
  • Main requierement is interest in VoIP technology and desire to pursue a career in VoIP Administration. We offer valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from experienced VoIP Administrators in a professional work environment.
