Junior Voip Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the configuration and maintenance of VoIP systems including CUCM
- Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP issues, including call quality and system outages.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new VoIP systems.
- Work with end-users to provide support and training on VoIP systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to VoIP systems.
- Collaborate with the VoIP Administrators on projects and initiatives related to VoIP technology.

Personnel specifications:
- Diploma: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related technical field
- Experience: No experience required
