Head of Business Performance

The Head of Business Performance is responsible for managing overall business effectiveness and ensuring the achievement of the company’s strategic and financial objectives. The role involves in-depth analysis of key performance indicators, development and implementation of monitoring tools, and coordination of processes across different functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business performance strategy to support Birmarket’s growth in e-commerce.
• Develop and monitor company-wide KPIs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Analyze financial, operational, and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT) to optimize processes and performance.
• Lead initiatives aimed at cost optimization, revenue growth, and customer experience enhancement.
• Deliver regular performance dashboards and insights to senior leadership.
• Support decision-making with forecasting, scenario modeling, and data-driven recommendations.

Tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business performance, strategy, or consulting (e-commerce/FMCG experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
