Logistics Specialist

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Based on interview results

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate local and international shipments
• Prepare and manage customs documentation and follow up on clearance procedures
• Maintain communication with freight forwarders and transportation companies
• Coordinate with warehouse operations and manage inventory flow
• Inspect incoming goods upon arrival at the warehouse, verifying part numbers and ensuring accuracy against purchase orders
• Verify quantity and quality of outbound goods before dispatch
• Analyze and optimize logistics costs, and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and/or Russian is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
