Demand Forecasting and Sales Planning Specialist

Role overview: 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Demand Forecasting & Sales Planning Specialist to join our Planning team. 

What You'll be doing:

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and influencing factors to forecast demand
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to gather insights and align plans
• Build and apply statistical models for accurate forecasting and planning optimization
• Monitor forecast performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and sales volume forecasting
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and ensure timely updates of demand plans

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education (preferably in Mathematics, Economics a related fields);
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in analytical roles in Sales, Marketing, or Planning;

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large data volumes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and forecasting tools;
• Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability);
• fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate
