HR Specialist

Working conditions:
The company offers career opportunities, a competitive compensation package (annual base salary + bonuses according to company policy) & social package (health insurance, limited mobile communication, service, food &, etc.).
Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday-Friday.
Main responsibilities:
- Full-scale HR records management;
- Consulting employees on labor issues;
- Participation in the onboarding process;
- Dealing with the electronic state portal ;
- Dealing with state bodies in regards to labor legislation;
- Provision of the employees with migration support;
- Participation in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience working as an HR Operations Officer;
- A confident MS Office user, experience with ERP systems;
- Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent, English – at least upper-intermediate level;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Skills and expertise:
- the standards and unified forms of the HR records management
- the rules and procedures for the HR records management
- the forms and methods of the document execution control
- the current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan as applicable to the performance of official duties, including the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- ethics in business communication
