Junior Brand Manager
Working conditions:

Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday-Friday.
Location: Khirdalan city, Shamakhi highway, h.1.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage activities of the brand according to approved strategy and plan;
- Prepare innovations and NPD strategy for discussion and approval;
- Prepares analytics for brand planning;
- Controls execution of brand activities;
- Prepares tailor-made reports based on market and brand knowledge;
- Analyses and controls key brand indicators – Share of market, volumes, financial KPIs, image KPIs etc;
- Supports effective communication with sales department and business development department and other departments of the company;
- Secures effective communication with external partners and suppliers;
- Control tenders and secure supply of both creative and trade materials;
- Designs brief and leads creative development process;
- Coordinate and control R&D process required for brand development and support;
- Involves in all media projects and touchpoints related to the brand;
- Analyzes media and BTL brand activities and provides recommendation upon further activations;
- Lead and control budget of expenses of the brand;
- Secures execution of Brand positioning and provides inputs in Brand Positioning revision;
- Control document workflow;
- Educate and learn to improve both soft and hard skills;
- Execute all direct tasks of the manager;
- Participate in company social activities and projects;
Requirements:
- diploma of higher education;
- аt least 2 years experience in a commercial team;
- fluency in English language;
- basic principles of marketing, branding and product promotion;
- knowledge of the situation on the beer market, trends, competitors' activities;
- organizational and communication skills;
- project management & analytical skills;
- basic understanding of financials.
