Leading Procurement Specialist

Location: Khirdalan city, Shamakhi highway, h.1.
Main responsibilities:
- Organization of the Company`s procurement activities in this area (organization and regulation of procurement, holding tenders);
- Active co-operation with other departments/units of the Company;
- Optimization of procurement department processes;
- Control over the provision of the plant with raw materials for production, components, spare parts and provision of auxiliary materials, business inventory, containers and packaging that are necessary to ensure the production process of the final product;
- Implementation of activities aimed at improving procurement planning and cost optimization;
- Checking the quality of the purchased product;
- Ongoing market research and monitoring of price movements;
- Interaction with suppliers and control of joint activities with them (receives information from them on purchase prices, product quality, agrees on terms of delivery and payment);
- Development and implementation of programs to reduce procurement costs, etc.;
- Control over order fulfillment and product delivery, the entire cycle from conclusion to delivery; handling claims with suppliers;
- Control over the availability of all relevant certificates of the purchased product;
- Maintaining auxiliary registers and providing them at any time and upon any request;
- Maintaining all necessary documentation for submission to the accounting department and database;
- Organizing and monitoring timely payment for the purchase of goods;
- Fulfilling oral and written instructions from the immediate supervisor regarding their job responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Proceeding tender processes;
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement;
- Perfect knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, good knowledge of English language;
- Negotiation skills;
- Analytical mindset;
- Prompt handling of assigned tasks;
- Knowledge of planning and setting priorities;
- Intention to develop;
- Stress resistance;
- Communication skills and responsibility
- Readiness to multitask
- Advanced MS office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
