Top Management Assistant / Travel Coordinator

Working conditions:

Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday-Friday.
Location: Khirdalan city, Shamakhi highway, h.1.
Main responsibilities:

• Keeping minutes of meetings with the participation of the CEO and/or Top management;
• Fulfilling the tasks set by the CEO;
• Managing and organizing scheduling appointments, meetings, and events;
• Participation in negotiations, business meetings, special receptions;
• Coordination of business trips (booking tickets, insurance, visa support for company employees);
• Preparation for monthly business trip reports;
• Collecting information for budgeting and tracking;
• Preparation of contracts with providers (full cycle: application for tender, conclusion of contract, making payments);
• Preparation of documents for signature;
• Assistance & Organization in conducting internal and external conferences / meetings;
• Handling Top management team requests and queries appropriately.

Requirements:

• diploma of higher education;
• fluency in Azeri & English languages;
• extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook;
• organizational and communication skills;
• project management & analytical skills.
